The right size is the difference between an SOS button you can find by feel in the dark and one you cannot. Four short steps to measure, a size chart for a small Aussie dog through to a large bully breed, and a printable single-page chart you can pin by the lead.

Who this is for
The senior who already has a dog - and wants the collar to actually fit.
Sizing the Lifeline Collar is not the same as sizing a normal collar. The SOS button has to be findable by feel in the dark - too-snug and you cannot find it, too-loose and it slides past the ears on a panicking dog. The four steps below are the routine we built from a decade of BioThane collar trade in Western Australia, and the same routine Deb walks every customer through when she cuts a collar on the bench.

Neck circumference, measured in centimetres. Read where the collar already sits on the dog - the position the SOS button will live. If you are between sizes, go up.

Prototype cuts below cover small Australian dogs through to large bully breeds. The first 100 collars are built from these five sizes; longer runs will be sized after reservations close.
The printable chart
One A4 page. Pin it by the lead.
The same five sizes, the same ASCII copy, no decimals. Print it on a single sheet of A4, fold it in half, and slide it next to the lead hanging by the door - the next person measuring the dog will find it without scrolling their phone.
